How It Started..

I was a first-year high school student when I went to a local bookstore to find self-help resources that would help me stop feeling anxious, insecure, and completely overwhelmed by negative thinking. It was then that I came across the work of Dr. Wayne Dyer that got me interested in learning more about self-development and the power of our mind. My life has changed forever without me knowing it yet.

Fast forward a few years, when I was completing my undergraduate education, I found nothing as inspiring as the psychology courses I was taking, and so I quickly decided to major in psychology. These courses made me feel something I have never experienced before - a drive, a passion, a commitment to continue to make a positive difference in my life, and I was hopeful I can do this for others.

Naturally, after attaining my Honours Degree in Psychology, and after taking a few "wrong" turns, I pursued and acquired a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. After graduation, I worked at both community organizations and private practices. I had many conversations with people which made me realize how many were suffering in silence, completely trapped by negative thinking and fear of judgment if they shared their emotional and psychological challenges with others.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, when we all faced extreme challenges to our mental health, my private practice and clinic was born to shatter mental health stigma and promote open conversations.

How It's Going..

Since I've launched my private practice, my top priority has been and it will always be to offer you a safe space where you are heard, valued, and understood. This in itself can be an empowering and transformative experience. My goal is to instil hope, inspiration, and create meaningful change one session at a time. You are never alone in your struggles and together, we can work towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
